Help & Support Options for Olympic Clients


At Olympic, we want to make sure you know exactly who to contact if you have questions or concerns.   We also want to make sure you clearly understand the support process.


Olympic Support Desk

Our Support Desk offers support and help from 8.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday.  You can also ask for support outside of these hours, and our after-hours service will pass your request on to us.

If you haven’t used our helpdesk before, we suggest reading through the Olympic Support Pack section first. Otherwise, you can request support by:
