What is the Olympic Support Desk Pack?

We send out a Support Desk starter pack to every new Olympic client. This pack is designed to give you a single point of reference for everything relating our Support Desk.

What’s in the Pack?

In the Olympic Support Desk Pack, you’ll find PDFs of our:
  • Support Desk intro: how we deal with your support call from start to finish, using our Support Desk system.
  • Microsoft support information: how to access Microsoft’s CustomerSource (for our Microsoft clients).
  • CCS form: our Confirmation of Consulting Services form, which you use to book consultant work.
  • SVR form: our Site Visit Report form, which our consultants fill in after finishing a job on-site for you.
  • Call Logging form: explaining the information you’ll need to provide when you log a job with us.
  • Support Services Explanation document: our in-depth explanation of everything to do with the Support Desk.
  • Support Services Agreement document: a sample support contract that defines the support services we provide, and the standards you can hold us to.
